Please explain the manufacturer marks on eyeglass lenses? - eyeglass manufacturers

In not sure that you want to say, most of the glasses I have seen are clear.
I know almost invisible multifocal have markings on them, which indicates the type of multifocal that is, but that's all I can think without more information.
