I think buying a utility trailer that my move across the country, then sellng if I reach my goal. The seller has a title. Do I need a turnover from a vendor invoice for me to enter a resale? Can I have 30 days tags, so we are not through the expensive process of recording to go so I think the sale within 30 days?
