Yesterday I visited the dentist and the great age of 31 I've never had a filling and realize that my teeth are perfect - yey! - So, you've got me a 9 out of 10 (always) room for improvement
I would say, 10
I twice daily brushing and regular use of mouthwash
Rarely have I forgotten this one as usual in my everyday brush.
The teeth were a zero, it is soooo disgusting! I am a 10 ... I am with my oral hygiene and possessed by all
10, I'm like a monster, "hygiene" I can not leave the house without taking a bath or my teeth feel so vulgar.
My friends are the same.
